取消條例 (Cancellation policy) :
1.預定入住時間 8天前取消訂房, 可退回保證金但須酌收10%手續費。
(A Tenant who cancels reservation eight days (inclusive) prior to the date scheduled for move-in may have the security deposit returned but is required to pay 10% )
of the returnable security deposit as the handling charge.)
2.預定入住時間 3~7 天前取消訂房, 訂金不退還, 但可保留至 3 個月內完成租賃行為。
(A Tenant who cancels reservation three ~ seven days (inclusive) prior to the date scheduled for move-in shall forfeit the security deposit, but may complete the
leasehold within three months thereafter.)
3.預定入住時間 2天(含)內取消訂房, 訂金全額恕不退還。
(A Tenant who cancels reservation within two days (inclusive) prior to the date scheduled for move-in shall forfeit the security deposit which shall not be returned.)
